We do not list our pricing for the simple reason that every website is different, and every client has different needs. To list block prices would, in most cases, overcharge the client, or undervalue our work.

The short answer to that is… as long as it takes. But seriously, every project is different. The time it will take depends on the amount of detail that the client requests. For example, a one page website may take a couple of days to complete, whereas a retail store site could take months to input thousands of products into the database.

Yes. The cost of your first year hosting and domain name is included in the cost of your site. We will remind you about 30 days prior to your site expiration date, and give you the opportunity to renew.
We cannot guarantee the cost of hosting or domain name administration after the first year, but increases generally are incremental.
Simple. There is a link in the menu at the top of our website titled “SUPPORT”. Simply fill out the form, and we’ll get right on it. We suggest using our support ticket as opposed to calling us because first, it comes right to us, whether we are in the office or out in the field, and second, we might just be with a client or in the field and not able to get to your voice message as quickly as we could a support ticket.
